New customer.

Hi I'm a new customer and iv set up my virgin wifi and TV my wifi is working but my TV services aren't I'm only getting channels 1-5

That would suggest that the activation 'hit' has not been sent or received by your TV box.

Perhaps try phoning the activation line again or customer services.

Iv done that even had a text through saying it was all set up

what type of tv box, and have you tried switching it off for a few seconds and switching it on again.. depending on the box that may involve pulling the power cable out.
