New channels

Hi, I recently received an email about half price Sky Sports which I decided to add to my account. I followed the steps in this email and I received a confirmation email (2 days ago) to confirm but the channels are still not playing.
This this normal for it to take this long?

I have only added Sky Sports and, in the past Sky Movies, by calling in. They have started working within hours.

Hi I have always found a phone call is by far the best way as I have received the upgrade within the hour.Regards Micky

Sorry to hear you've had trouble getting your Sky Sports activated.

 

As the others have said, it should only really take a couple of hours for new channels to be added. I can see you've spoken to our team and that the package is now active.
