New channels/TV anywhere

Hi, not sure if this is in the right forum, if not, I do apologise!

Today, I added Sky Sports to my account (after ordering a second Tivo box, earlier) and was told it would it would be available on Friday (when my second box is due to be installed). After asking whether it was possible to be added today, I was told it wasn't possible :/

I was told I could watch the Sky Sports channels using TV Anywhere - however, after trying umpteen browsers, I was told that I would have to upgrade my subscription to watch online.

How very frustrating, I thought it would be simple, how wrong could I be!

Any suggestions as to how I can get the channels on my TV before Friday? Or why I'm being told to upgrade?

Thank you!

Re: New channels/TV anywhere

You would have to cancel the second box, put on sky sports then book the second box again. You would loose your slot so best wait till friday

Re: New channels/TV anywhere

Access to channels via TV Anywhere is part of your subscription. So you won't be able to access any additional channels until the subscription change happens.

So your access to Sky Sports via TV Anywhere will be available on Friday, when they're also on your TV.
