New box, stuck on AP52 - Help!!

Someone pls help - I've just got a new Vbox (previous was NTL and 10yrs old!).

I have followed all the Sart-up instructions, coax, scart, power cable and smartcard all in place (do not have HD TV) - but box is stuck on AP52 code, and I can't pick up anything on the AV channel as instructed.

Any suggestions before I go through the agony of calling the helpline?

Welcome to the Virgin Media Community, I'm sorry to learn about the problems you're experiencing with your TV service lately.

 

I've been able to locate your account and can see that some signals have been sent to the box which hopefully means that it's working as it should at the moment?

 

If that's not the case, just let us know and we'll take another lookMan Happy
