New TiVo Box?

About 2 weeks ago I was given a 'new' TiVo box, because I was having problems with the Forces Network channel, this hasn't cured the issue and so I will accept the engineer's suggestion that the fault lies with the source and not the box.

However when I want to watch a recorded TV programmes the box goes into buffer mode for a minute two and then eventually plays the programme. I have rebooted the box to no avail.  Any suggestions (polite ones please) will be appreciated.

Many Thanks

Re: New TiVo Box?

Signal faults can cause channels to disappear. They can also cause equipment to operate slowly, so the two problems are likely to be related to the same issue.

Re: New TiVo Box?

I had a problem like this, I re-booted and fingers crossed its working well now except for on-demand but you cant have everything even when you pay for it.
