My TV expired the other day so I had to buy a new one! Problem here is that my set top box only has a scart connection but the TV doesn't. Will Virgin change my box?
OK, I know there are scart to hdmi converters but the need for a power supply is a problem here.
They will post you a new box, I believe it's £19.99 but speak to retention's and see if you can get it for free as a long term customer, also make sure they activate the HD option on your account as it would be disabled as the old box didn't have it
