"We want to make it easier for you to find the shows you love on Virgin TV". You're kidding, right?
Other than the terrestrial channels I mainly watch Gold, Dave, Alibi and their +1s. Gold+1 used to be the channel after Gold and so on. What could be easier?
Now the +1s are scattered all over the place. The main channels are
which is OK, but the equivalent +1s are now 190, 131, 130 and 211. Even putting them in Favourites means jumping up and down pages to find them.
Couldn't you at least put +1s in a block together, preferably in the same order as their main channels? Or even better just leave the +1 after the channel it echoes? So you can see what episode you might have just missed and quickly change to it? Now that would have made life easier. It's just a pain now.
The same applies to the HD channels, some of which are on the adjacent channel to their SD counterparts, some come before the +1 channel, some after, & some way up on another part of the EPG. The first thing I will point out is that the channel allocation is usually part of the contract agreed with the channel owner. Having said that VM do regularly re-organise channel numbers every year or so as channels come & go from the EPG.
