Hi My equipment arrived today so i connected it up double checked all my connections but it keeps telling crashing at the connection and when i press OK it tells me theres a network error ( C119) Can anyone help please Lennie
Have you sorted it?? How long did it take if you have? We had ours installed today, after leaving fully working sky... since 10 am we had had no signal, Iv checked cables, turned it of and on, and rang virgin for help to be told to ring again in 4 hours!!!! Not a good start!!! Do we have a cooling off period, I may just go back to sky!!!!
