Network ID

Does anyone know what the Network ID is for Harrogate?

I found the Knaresborough code 41053 on a friend's TiVo box under diagnostics.

Any help appreciated.

My TiVo box is very glitchy and I've done some reading and I'm sure the wrong Network ID is being used. Can you help?

You cannot change the network id on your Virgin Media box.

You should report your problem to Virgin Media and they will resolve it.

Call 150 from your Virgin Media landline or 0345 454 1111.

The network ID is downloaded every time you reboot the box. If the network ID was wrong, the box would not work at all.

As I said, you cannot change the value yourself on a Virgin Media box.

What are you really trying to do?

I am not fussed about changing the code I just want it confirming what it is and everyone is so secretive it's very frustrating!

Have you phoned up to get an engineer to fix your problem?

If you are posting from your Virgin Media broadband, a Virgin Media employee will come along in a few days and make these arrangements for you as they can identify you from your forum credentials.

The only one being secretive is yourself. People here can try and help if you have a problem and you have been advised on what to do. You seem reluctant, however, to explain the issue.
