Netflix

I cannot load Netflix, either from Virgin Channel 204 or from the paid for Netflix App. Please help.

I have tried all the shut down restart advice.

This is interesting as you say you're not able to use this via the iPad? This sounds like a possible account issue on the NetFlix behalf. 

 

I can see this was on Wednesday that you posted, have you been in touch with them just in case?
