Netflix not loading on my TiVo box

Hi, I haven't been able to get Netflix to load on my TiVo box for weeks now. Can someone help me please?

Hi Claraeavery,

 

I know this doesn't answer your question, but I stopped watching Netflix through the TiVo box pretty much straight away as it appears to be throttled. You are better off watching it either through the Netflix app on a Smart TV, or using a media streaming device, for example Apple TV, Amazon Fire TV Stick, Roku, Chromecast, etc.
