Netflix free

I just got the big easy bundle, it was installed on the 01/06/2016 and it's now the 18/06/2016 and have still had no email with my free Netflix voucher, apparently your meant to receive it 5 days after installation, I have double checked all my emails even in my junk folder and it definitely is not there, has anyone else had this problem?
