Hi, you have Netflix as an app on the box, and we have a subscription to it. Unfortunately the hardware seems completely unable to display the interface without taking 3-4 minutes to load. Ffwd and rwd are impossible to navigate properly because of the slowness... Really the hardware cannot cope with the app and I wish it to be replaced with something faster: the box is not up to standard.
