Hi cant seem to get any answers to this but each time I try play Netflix from my V6box (only 4 weeks old) the sound goes totally out of sync within a min or 2. Have tried everything to no avail. This is an app I use often but dont want to be stuck watching this on my Laptop and it should work with virgin
