Ring 150 from a VM phone or 0345 454 1111 from any phone -> Option 1 -> Verify your details -> Once put through to the menu choose Option 2 (Faults) ->Then report a TV fault. If it says it needs to run an automated test, let it. Once it is complete you'll be put through to an agent. Ask for a replacement remote.
Or you can try asking via the web chat, they may be able to help with it, Make sure to use a desktop or laptop to access the page. Do so between 8AM to 8PM M-Sa: TV -> Help with my remote control -> Chat online. It may say all agents are busy, if it does, simply reload the page every three minutes and check again.
