Just had my Tivo box installed yesterday, tonight it just says "starting up" but hasn't yet ! Tried everything still no joy, any ideas please ?
Thanks for letting us know and I'm sorry you've been having problems with your TiVo® since install.
I have checked from here and I can see there are some issues with the signal so what I would like to do is to arrange for one of our engineers to take a closer look.
