My cable which screws in the back of the v+ box comes out!

Every time I try to screw the cable into the back of the v+ box it comes out almost like it's cross threaded, but doesn't really seem to catch therefore keeps coming out, do I need a new box or can this part be replaced??

Engineers dont repair boxes, they just swap them out, so you will end up with a another refurb V+ box.

Hi Baileyart,

Welcome to the Community!

Sorry to hear you're having trouble with your V+ box.

I've had a peek at your account and I can see you've got a technician booked to take a look at this. Let me know how the appointment goes and give me a shout if you need anything.

All the best Smiley Very Happy
