My box has been switched off for a while we moved rooms, now the smart card is invalid.

Can you fix this remotely?

To answer your question, yes! We are normally able to get your set top box up and running, in fact, I've been able to locate your account and take a look. So if you're able to reboot your set top box after reading this message, you should find a difference.
