Sorry to hear you're having trouble with your box.
Usually this code is displayed when the box is unable to connect to our network. You'll need to double check the coaxial cable in the back of the box is tight. Then, try giving the box a reboot from the mains. To do this just switch the box off at the mains, leave it off for about a minute then switch it back on.
If it's not the cable then we'll need to send a technician. I've sent you a private message (purple envelope at the top right of the screen) so that I can send you a technician if the cable check/ reboot doesn't work.
