I'd first of all like to welcome you to the forums, and say that I'm really sorry to hear that you've been experiencing some issues with your additional V+ box.
I've taken a look at the account, and can see that since you made the post, you've spoken to our fault centre and this issue should now be resolved. If you're still experiencing some issues please let me know so I can investigate further for you.
