My V+ HD Box continually reboots. how do I resolve this?

Welcome to the community, I'm really sorry to learn about the problems with your V+ service at the moment. 

 

I've been able to locate your account and run some tests on the set top box for you, we're seeing some issues with it from our end at the moment and I'd like to arrange for an engineer to take a closer look.
