My V+ Box HD will not start up

My Virgin V+ HD box will not start up, I came home from work today and there was no connection between the box and my TV. My TV simply said 'no signal' (I am using HDMI). I have tried changing input selections which seems to make no difference.  I have tried disconnecting power to the device and leaving it for some time. I have also attempted to restart the box by holding down the power button as suggested in the manual, when i did a 'STOP' message appears on the screen at the front of the box. After about 20 minutes displaying 'STOP', it changed to 'Ld:30' and has displayed the same ever since. Why wont my box work, or am i doing something wrong?

 Any help would be appreciated Smiley Happy

I'm sorry to hear that your V+ HD service isn't working right now.  I'll be happy to help check this out for you.


I have carried out some checks remotely and currently the V+HD box is showing as 'offline'.  Can you please let mek now if the box is currently turned on?
