Hi Not happy with sky and want to change to virgin. Many years ago when the cables were laid in the garden they were only put in a couple of inches deep and at some point the cable was cut as so close to the surface. Not an issue at the time as was not a cable customer. Now I want to move what is the position with the broken cable? Thank you.
You need to mention this when you contact Virgin, as a re-pull of your drop line can take up to a couple of weeks to be organised. I would opt for a manned install so the rest of the cabling can be moved/checked as required.
