Moving My Second TV Box

We have built an outbuilding in our garden and would like to move our second box down to there. We have a 50m Ethernet cable which has a new router (non-virgin) connect in the new building and that is working perfectly. We have also run a 50 coax down there but we cannot get the Virgin box to work. Please advise. Is this something we would need an engineer to do for us? The TV seems to pick up the channels but no picture or content. Is this because it is not near the VM router anymore? We connected the cables in the same manner as they were before. Thanks

Re: Moving My Second TV Box

You cant just move a box 50m away, the signal loss will be too great, did you use quad shielded cable?
