I'm sorry to hear that movie didn't play out well for you. Has this happened before or since? Can you please let me know the name of the movie you ordered so I can carry out some checks for you?

Yeah it's happened before but haven't rented a movie since. It was called 'Sicario'. It worked fine on the Tivo box in the front room but not on the older box in the back room.

Given it worked fine through the TiVo® ok, it would suggest the film itself is ok.
I have taken a look at your box remotely and there is a signal issue that will be causing the fault. I will be happy to arrange for an engineer to call round and fix this for you.
