Firstly I'd like to welcome you to the forums and say that I'm really sorry to hear that you've been experiencing some issues with the On Demand Movies, and I'd love to help you out.
I've tried to locate your account in order to run some testing, however your forum credentials are giving me no results.

I've also got a few other questions that I'd like to ask regarding this fault you're seeing.
Does this happen on all On Demand shows?
