Movie did not play but got Charged

Hi all,

 

I bought a film on On Demand (£4.99) but it didn't play (got an error to day virgin unavailable and to try again in 2 mins?) and I got charged (I can already see it on my account) but i don't know how to get the film back on? Theres nowhere to go to find "My Rentals"? Can someone help me find and play this film without buying it again...

Apologies to hear you've been unable to watch your rental. When you purchase any content, it is available for 24 hours. After this it will expire. 

 

If you're ever unable to watch the film due to a fault you need to call us right away so we can issue a credit on the account. You can do this by calling 150 / 0345 454 1111. 

 

In order to watch the film now, you will need to re-rent it. If you get the same error then call us so we can put things right.
