We have a TiVo box in the living room and a V+ HD box in the bedroom. We have the Big Kahuna bundle so why can't we get the movie channels in HD from the V+ HD box?
I'm assuming your BK subscription includes the HD supplement, which is normally charged separately on BK.
If its only the V+HD box not getting HD, is it the Samsung model?
If not then it will need changing to a TiVO. If not then its an account problem.
