Mouths out of sync

Hi , recently had a new TiVo box fitted in my bedroom, since then the main TiVo box downstairs has started running out of sync. This happens on normal Tv and Hd, turned off box and reset without success.. help as it's driving me nuts. I have had nothing but issues with Virgin since getting it a year ago.. bills always wrong, boxes replaced etc.. I may go back to Sky again, as I get one problem solved then end up with another... thanks

Do you have your cable box routed through an AV Amp?  If so go into settings and set audio to turn Dolby into PCM and not my amp supports Dolby.  Worked for me.
