Moana error 316

Why on earth do I stay with you lot?!

Every effin time I go to RENT (yes RENT) a film, I get the error 316.

V6 box, it is a VM film before you ask...

GARBAGE GUYS!

...oh wait, nope.

Still error 316 when we try to book this film!!!

Really sorry to hear this barmyarmy66,

 

I've had a look into this and I'm not able to locate any open tickets relating to this at the moment.

 

Moana is a fantastic film and I really hope this resolved itself so that you could watch it!

Tried again today and still ERROR 316?!

Hi barmyarmy66,

Thanks for the update.  As the error is still present, I will check this further.  

I have had a look at your box remotely, I have been able to make an adjustment to help correct this for you.  All you will need to do is reboot the box and re-try.  

This should hopefully resolve the issue for you, let me know how you get on.  I'm here to help if you need me.
