I have took delivery of a new box yesterday . There are still programmes missing from the catch up last 7 days such as The Bridge (BBC4) and Homeland (channel 4). Its the same issue I had with the old box. Any answers please
It can take 24 hours for your services to be fully working however I've escalated this up to the team for them to check whether or not this is a fault or whether we haven't been given the content.
