I was scheduled an order for today between 8 am and 6pm for the TV-130+ Channels so I am disappointed that it has not turned up. I have contacted the online chat support and they have said I have no orders... how can that be if I have been sent order confirmation through email.
I can attach evidence of said confirmation emails and order references if needed.
We are quite annoyed as the email also states the following,
"We will send you your equipment on your requested date, however if something unforeseeable stops us, we'll let you know as soon as possible and arrange another date that's good for you."
and we have not been contacted at all to be informed of there being any errors...
