Missing channels

Just had Virgin Media installed. How long until my channel subscriptions start? I have the asian channels (Star Plus/Gold) but they are not yet active

b195 urf is it tivo or any other tv box you had could be help team 150 asnt activated your subscription on card yet im surprised engineer didnt activate your box please ring for help if you have phone 150 or 03454 454 1111 mob or if you cant wait virgin team will be in touch on here to find why jonni

Its been installed whilst i was at work. It might be the monkeys at home. I'll check it out when i eventually get home. Its also a 500gb TiVo box. If i have any issues i shall be in contact with virgin.

Also my download speed is just hitting 90Mbps. I should be receiving upto 200Mbps...
