I noticed last night that I am missing the majority of my Sky Sports channels on my 2nd box (V+) - I only have SS1. I have all the Sky Sports channels on the main box (Tivo). I switched off the box several times to restart and this morning, rang 150 and when through the automated fault tests. My channel list was refreshed but the issue wasn't resolved and there wasn't an option to speak to a human!
Sorted - finally got through all the phone options and spoke to someone - for some reason the correct codes were not sent to my V+ box. Little bit strange as I had recently changed my package slightly but my Sky Sports package hadn't changed at all.
