If you're experiencing the error message LE6 /104 when trying to order a Pay Per View event, then you'll need to call our TV Faults team to resolve this.
The number is 150 (free from Virgin Media landlines) or 0345 454 1111 (from all other lines).

I'm trying to book the boxing for tonight and keep getting an error code which tells me to ring a telephone number - that won't give me an option to book it either.
