Match Choice not working

Match Choice on Sky via Virgin.. has not worked for 3 weeks called Virgin 3 times they did an update last week had to wait til yesterday to try it - pressed red button choices came up selected choice a message came up Unable to tune channel try agin later...... same thing happened. It worked ok prior to Christmas what has happened ?

Helpdesk said call when it happens - hmmm Virgin help desk obviously not available at 10.30pm on a Sat night !

Welcome to the Community, I'm very sorry to learn about the problems you're experiencing lately.

 

When trying to watch Match Choice are you having problems with all matches or just one?

All matches, tried each day ne same reply. An engineer attended yesterday says there are problems with Sky and to wait a couple of weeks, also something I. The box was 'low' but not clear what this was.....
