Could be local network fault or power outage. Check the service status via the link at the top right of this page. If nothing shows up then ring faults.

Ringing faults said repair by 11:30pm until recently, it now says final checks. Would be nice to get a posting here about what happened and why for us techie types, may not be same area as OP so a bit of detail would help.

I'm really sorry to hear that you are having an issue with your TV service. I hate it when my services go down so understand just how frustrated you are.
