Have 3 boxes: two HD and one ordinary. Have disconnected 1 HD as we are getting work done and the ordinary box has not been switched on in a few weeks. Both have good signal as per signal test. Any ideas?
Welcome to the community and thanks for posting. So sorry to hear you've lost most of your channels. I'll be sure to help you out with this.
I've not been able to locate to your account via your email or IP address so can't test the boxes at the moment. It's possible I need to send the signals down again. If that fails, it will then require an engineer visit to investigate further.
Have you lost channels on both boxes?
