We have lost some of our TV channels e.g. BBC1,2, ITV, CH4 etc. Lost since Thursday when we had nothing and since then some have come back but still missing a lot and no catch up TV either. Phoned 150 on Thursday, cut off with no reply 4 times. Got through yesterday and initially it would be fixed by 4pm then when i called back, it would be fixed by 10pm. Today i've been told it could take 24 hours or i could need an engineer to call on Tuesday.
Not feeling very optimistic based on previous experience with a broadband problem which had a similar pattern of will be fixed by x then y then... ended up being over a month.
We've rebooted many times, message on screen is ref 3202 and for on demand it is 1033. Can anyone help?
