Experiencing lost picture and 3010 error message on channel 521 (Eurosport HD) this evening. The non HD channel (523) is working fine. What's the cause of these 3010 errors?
I'm massively sorry to learn about the problems you're experiencing with your TV service lately, I've been able to locate your account to take a closer look and run some tests from our end for you.
We're not detecting any issues from our end at the moment, if you're still experiencing the problem and you have more than one set top box, does this issue occur on both?

The problem has disappeared in the main, just once further occurence this week which lasted about 30 minutes.
I, too, have seen this exact same error on the same channel while watching the US Open tennis over the last couple of days.
It seems to correct itself by taking the advice from the message of changing channels and returning to the Eurosport 1 HD channel.

I've had a look at this channel on our office TV and so far all seems ok.
I will continue to monitor this channel through today to see if that changes.
