Lost Channels

Hi folks.Yesterday I changed my TV package from xl down to l.But my second box which is upstairs has virtually no channels on it at all.I tried removing the card and inserting it again but nothing changed.Ive also tried rebooting the box but to no avail.

Any ideas what the issue could be?
