Loss of service yet again

No service again today, all went off 8.30 this morning. Third day on the trot we have had nothing, contract is up soon so decisions to be made...

A length of cable had to be replaced 1/2 mile from us. No problem now with tv and phone, but broadband is fluctuating between 15 & 105 mbs, am having to keep and eye on the speeds.
