Loss of internet connection

My TV keeps showing a message every 10 mins to say that my internet connection is lost. After about 30secs it shows another message to say that it is now connected. I have check the interent of possible solutions to resolve this problem and it seems to be something to do with the DHCP lease settings Can you please advise?

Sorry to hear you're having trouble with your connection.

 

I've run a check on your account and our technicians have picked up a network fault in your area (Ref.F004787002).

 

The review date for this is 10/10/2016. Once this has cleared, I'll recheck your connection and see if there's still a fault.
