We have lost TV and phone in the Lincoln area. Broadband is slow to not working at all. Not the first time this week. Virgin's technical support is a selection of options and no human interaction. It shocking.
Got through to someone to be told that there is an outage in the area affecting TV and broadband and that they are working on it and hopefully fixed in 2 hours. If you can, suggest you call 150 as well to log it. Personally broadband is fine - good job really as think i'm going to be watching stuff online for a while!

They have had a DNS server issue since Tuesday according to a google search thanks to EE and a 4G connection. Clearly no investment put into a business continuity plan! No doubt there won't be a reduction in charges.
