Loss of TV Services

Yet again I have no TV services. Fourth time in just over a week. No up date in Service status.

I'm really sorry to learn about the continued problems you're experiencing with your TV service at the moment.


I've been able to locate your account and run some tests on the set top box from our end for you, we're not detecting any issues from our end at the moment so I hope that means the service is working better for you at the moment?


If you're still experiencing the problems, let me know and I'll escalate this from our end right away for you.
