We have been losing access to a lot of channels started with just HD Eurosport, itv2, etc. Then regular channels pick, lifetime, cbs, itv2, and others. Phone and was told that it wasn't the boxes, but the signal was low and an engineer would be sent out.
The problem has gotten worse loss of Sky Sports channels now and channel 5hd, This isn't the first time we have suffered from this and just to rub salt in the wounds the charges have just gone up and guess what was on the letter - a sentence saying about reliability and no loss of pictures in bad weather!!! Well still getting loss of pictures and paying more for it. Last time it happened took weeks to solve well we won't be waiting for as long. I'm fed up with the whole situation and seriously thinking of going back to sky. Their broadband wasn't as good speed wise, but at least picture loss rarely happened because of 'bad weather'.
I'm sorry to hear that you're getting disruptions when watching your channels. I'd like ot help get this checked out for you so we can get this fixed.
I have taken a look and I can see you have an engineer calling round which is great to see. It would be awesome if you could let me know how you get on after the appointment. I'm here to help if you need me, please keep me posted on how you get on.
