Re: Losing Channels and TV keeps Pixelating

Hi Darren_J,

Welcome to the community Smiley Happy

I'm sorry to hear that you're experiencing pixelations and loss of channels.  I would like ot help check this out for you.

I have carried out some checks and I can see a detectable signal fault.  In order to get this resolved I will arrange for an engineer to call out for you.

I will send the details in a private message.  (Look for the envelope icon above)

Re: Losing Channels and TV keeps Pixelating

We're experiencing some issues with some, not all HD channels = blank screen, no audio or broken pixelated image and broken audio. This is happening to both V+HD boxes in the house. All recorded progs, obviously, are unwatchable.

Done the reboot several times and no fix.

Re: Losing Channels and TV keeps Pixelating

Hi Kevg592,

Thanks for posting here again. I have already replied to your post here: http://community.virginmedia.com/t5/Virgin-TV/Loss-of-channels/m-p/2975328#M127529

Please make sure you are only posting once about your issue. We understand it's frustrating when something's not right however posting more than once about the same fault makes the boards look busier than what they actually are. It also means we could take longer to reply due to needing to sift through duplicate posts.

Have a look at my reply on the other thread and stick with that one so we keep all the information in one place.

Thanks,
