Apologies if this is in the wrong area, but I'm struggling to get hold of someone on the phone on support.
I had an installation 4 weeks ago, but the cabling which was buried does not appear to have been deep enough. With the recent rain, it is now exposed. I would be loathe to cut the lawn in case of causing damage. Looking at how deep it was buried (about 1-2 inches) I don't think it was buried deep enough. Is there anywhere I can email and send the photo which I have just taken to explain better? Struggling to find who or where I can inform anyone on the website and have been in a long phone queue.
