Sorry to hear you've had trouble with your V+ Box.
Although your box is now up and running, I've run some diagnostic just to make sure everything is OK. The results of the diagnostic show issues with your Input signal and Downstream power levels. These are the signals that feed information to your box and if they aren't in spec, your box can start to develop issues like the one you've described.
