For the past 5 weeks I've experienced a extremely poor service from Virgin.
Engineer in my home four weeks ago with a new box as over 2 weeks my TV keep shutting down and a message displayed on my box LD40 then, following week 1 day no broadband. Next two weeks on a Sat and today Friday around 9pm my TV shuts down and the message LD40 is displayed. Had a problem two years ago, every 3 months I had a engineer around my home. If this continues, I'm considering looking else where.
All your cabling should be thoroughly checked by VM as I think this is likely causing the issue & not your equipment. (LD:40 in a V+ box will occur if there is insufficient signal level being received).

Feb 28/02/17 still no TV. 2ND Engineer around my home yesterday, changed the lead and within 5 minutes of him leaving, guess what LD40. Told to phone back after 6pm as there is a problem in the area. 24 hrs later, guess what LD30. Am I the only one with these issues ? Is any one else, experiencing this extremely poor service ?
